scripts/release-candidate.sh tests examples/consumer, cleans, tests again, tests the umbrella, builds a prod release, copies it, and runs bin/consumer eval. E23 recorded release 42.
Hex is not a target of that script. There is no mix hex.publish.
The curriculum is TUTORIAL.md. Units 1–20 are under docs/tutorial/. Chapters 00–09 stay the Stage 0 record, with short pointers where a later measurement superseded a sentence.
Known limits are collected in report.md.
